I get the same problem as siim194
Mac Mail duplicates the inbound contents of my personal inbox instead of downloading the messages from the shared inbox. (I am able to send FROM the shared box though).
Did you ever get it working siim194?

This worked (adding the shared address inbox name to the username):
myaddress@mydomain.com/sharedaddress@mydomain.com
