iPhone 12 Pro Ringer adjustment issue

I have been using iPhone 12 Pro for weeks, just noticed issue with Ringer adjustment issue using volume button. It doesn’t work, I had to go to Settings->Sounds & Haptics->Ringer & Alerts to increase or decrease the ringing volume. Also, I noticed very recently after loading my audio collection that music playing on full volume with no sound output this happened occasionally.

please let me know if there are any solution for ringer adjustments.

When trying to adjust the ringer on my iPhone 12 a red with line crossed it shows up I need help to fix it. I used the setting and the ringer it all the way up but don't get sounds
