iPhone 7 lagging when unlocking

Update: after dfu mode, lag is still there, this didn't help either, I tried everything and what I noticed that in past few days lag is start to be even worst and longer, and even start to lagging when I use the phone like working normally and then start lagging on switching between apps or keyboard lagging etc. and not just on unlocking the phone...

I am also on 14.4 beta and I do think it's happening less then previous iOS versions, but it's still really annoying. When I have low power mode on, it happens more then when it's turned off.

I feel like it also has something to do with the popup when you connect a bluetooth device. That popup always comes up after the lag.

Try to lock, then turn on nosound mode, then unlock ur phone, and u will get ur lags back :)
