Recently i have updated my Macbook Pro "15 to MacOS Big Sur. I just noticed icon size in the menu bar is so small as compare to recent MacOS Catalina.
I use glasses while using my 15 inch Macbook but these icons looks very small to me.
Is there any way to increase the size of menu bar icons?

the problem with changing the font size is that it changes it EVERYWHERE! Apple, this is a bad design decision. If you want an itty bitty menu bar, fine, but give a way to increase JUST the menu bar size. Remember your claims about supporting accessibility? Well, you have failed big time on this decision.
In System Preferences go to Accessibility --> Display and you can increase the size of the menu bar (which just seems to increase the font size in the menu bar).
There are two option "Default" and "Large" but nothing changed in the menu bar.

Best thing to try is go to System Preferences>Accessibility>Display and increase menu size to larger. You need to sign out (much like Windows), but the font and menu icons do increase slightly.

I did this and it seemed to make no difference to the icon and font size in the menu bar but enlarged everything else on the screen. Not vey useful. I just put it back the way it was.

Apple - Let ME chose the icon size in the menu bar. The icons are much too small - and no, not the font size for all the text, but the icon size in the menu bar. This is sooo frustrating.
Instead they decided to make the Finder Toolbar height to cover HALF THE SCREEN basically. Good effin job!
Its an easy fix. Go to system preferences, displays, and change resolution to scales. then you go downtime line to make menu bar bigger. It also increases the size of all text on the desktop.

Unfortunately, not possible if you read the other posts. Apple is not going to do it.
