Please, add a standard calculator in widgets in Mac OS Big Sur

calculator widget missing I updated to Big Sur and the calculator widget is gone and there is seemingly no way to put it back. Is this true? It was by far the most useful widget and this is crazy to me. If not, does anyone have a work around to get something similar to the calculator widget? (The calculator app in the dock is not working well for my purposes).

I used the calculator every time I opened my Mac. PCalc is a 14 CAD app!! I can buy a calculator cheaper in a local store. Very sad that Apple didn't take into consideration usage of its apps in this redesign.

That is helpful. I, too, am disappointed in a number of changes. All of the reviews focused on the performance of the M1 - which is of course important, but I don't understand the need for the tradeoffs of some of the really wonderful features that were on all the previous MacBooks. Have the calculator on the right was supremely helpful - and never buggy. I can't believe GRAB is gone!! For all the things I'm missing, I don't see replacements or other good things to balance it out. I get more disappointed with Apples decisions every year.
