Anybody else having slow or inconsistent WiFi speeds on iPhone 12 Pro Max? I know it’s not my WiFi because all my other devices work as usual including my iPhone X which is still have/upgraded from.

I finally solved the ridiculously slow wifi speed (just got my iphone 12 pro max today).
Turns out my VPN was kicking in while trying to configure/test everything else out.
Bottomline: I had to use cellular data to download the VPN (because it was only partially downloaded), then once it was downloaded, i disabled it. Then.... voila... wifi speed was back to "crazy fast"
Just a thought.... look at your VPN (to if you can disable it)

Oh wow I have never seen those kind of speeds on a mobile device, laptop, tablet, etc. My desktop wired gets 700-900mbps. Highest I’ve gotten was on iPhone 12 AX standard 600+ mbps.

I wish this worked for me but it doesn’t do anything.
I installed IOS 14.3 yesterday. No change to the issue of slower speeds over wifi with my 12 Pro and 8th Gen. iPad.
It's not mentioned in their list of fixes so, not surprising.
I really hope 14.4 fixes this issue, it’s very frustrating
That option has been in iOS 14 since it first was released.

Removal of the Private Address didn't work for me with IOS 14.2 or now, 14.3.
