Hello, i have a problem with my snapchat account is that everytime i try logging in from this specific phone, my account gets automatically locked but if i try logging in from any other device, like my old iphone for example, it works perfectly fine so what is the problem with my phone? Why won’t it let me log into snapchat? And im sure that i didnt install any third party apps or anything else.

Entirely at their option, Snapchat does not want you on their service.
Snapchat has a reputation for being good at detecting and re-banning attempted ban evasions, too.
Find another social media network.

Apple isn’t here, and Apple doesn’t support Snapchat apps, and we’re other users like you and not Apple nor Snapchat, so… this is entirely the wrong crowd for whatever happened here for a “please resolve this” request.

Snapchat controls who has access to their app, to their website, and to their service.

What did Snapchat say when you contact their customer support about the issues you're having? You need to contact them for support with their App. Apple doesn't own Snapchat or the app.
Delete the app, create new Apple ID on same phone, download the app, login, sign that iCloud out and log back your old Apple ID✅
This has nothing to do with Apple. SnapChat is not an Apple app. You need to contact SnapChat Support.

I have contacted snap chat various times and they have replied saying they can not unblock a phone that has been blocked as their terms and conditions have been broken etc but they can’t tell you how or why
No, I am absolutely positive that it’s because Snapchat has banned your phone. See→My Snapchat Account is Locked. Whether its temporary or permanent you will have to work out. And you may think it’s not VPN, but Snapchat will block all access through VPN. They want to know where you are and who you are.
You violated some Snapchat rule in the Terms of Use and they banned the phone that you used, or you let someone else log in to Snapchat from your phone and they broke some rule. It is quite common for Snapchat to ban the device used to violate TOU and they are very strict about enforcing rules.
