Hello, i have a problem with my snapchat account is that everytime i try logging in from this specific phone, my account gets automatically locked but if i try logging in from any other device, like my old iphone for example, it works perfectly fine so what is the problem with my phone? Why won’t it let me log into snapchat? And im sure that i didnt install any third party apps or anything else.

The ****** part is Snapchat is banning devices by serial number. I bought a device used that was factory reset and Snapchat won’t work on. I haven’t figured out a way, I’m actually surprised Apple is allowing this from factory reset phones

Yes I have factory reset and also tried with different Apple ID and still didn’t work. I believe it is a block on the IMEI which is on the actual device
No. There isn't a block on the IMEI of your phone. If there was, your phone wouldn't work as a phone at all.
You need to contact Snapchat directly for help with their app.
i did all that a million times. even factory reset, a new apple ID and changed my number. also had my friend try HER snapchat and then it locked hers too. i got a new phone and everything is fine
The same thing is happening to me. People are telling me I’m device ban and I’ll have to get a new phone.
Try typing in email where it says username
I had this issue today and managed to solve it by resetting my password, trying to log in with my old password and using the code sent to my email
