Hello, i have a problem with my snapchat account is that everytime i try logging in from this specific phone, my account gets automatically locked but if i try logging in from any other device, like my old iphone for example, it works perfectly fine so what is the problem with my phone? Why won’t it let me log into snapchat? And im sure that i didnt install any third party apps or anything else.

Contact Snapchat. Snapchat is not an Apple product and there is nothing they can do for you.
They have banned that particular device for some reason. It has nothing to do with your phone.
Device ban
The person you got the phone from got banned on Snapchat therefore your phone is locked firm logging in.
If you bought your phone from someone else they may have gotten that phone’s ip banned from snap chat, thats what happened to my old phone purchase a new phone or post on other apps instead
Because Snapchat won't let you. Contact Snapchat Support. Apple cannot help.

Hi all, I just wanted to let everyone know who was having the same problem as me that I decided to get a new phone and I can now log in to my snap chat account. So there was obviously some sort of block on my device.
I know they fixed it. It just seems kind of odd that we're seeing reports from several people of being banned all of the sudden?
Still, the people who have been banned, needs to take the issue up with Snapchat directly. Nothing anyone here or at Apple can do about being banned.

No, it isn’t your iPhone; It is Snapchat that is not letting you log in to Snapchat. The fact that it’s from an iPhone is irrelevant. Be sure you have the latest version of Snapchat; there have been a couple of buggy releases of Snapchat recently. The latest version is 11.36.0.36, updated on July 11, 2021 (yesterday). The reason for the update is “bug fixes”.
