My snapchat account keeps getting locked out on my iphone 7 .If I log in on another phone ,it has no issue. It only logs me out and locks my account on my personal phone. This just started 2 days ago. I did not install any third party apps or do any spam. It somehow is related to my phone since it only happens on my phone. I tried to clearing and deleting my phone and starting over but it still does the same thing. Thanks for any help.

Mine got locked yesterday, my boyfriends a week before, my friend and her boyfriend a few days before. This is getting ridiculous tbh, it’s about time we all just said bye snap 👋🏽 but memories 😔, I’m hoping it’s just a glitch they need to patch for mine because unlike my boyfriends my account still shows up on the app as people’s friends. Fingers crossed it isn’t actually permanent then. Didn’t even do nun but be cute n ....

Your problem has nothing to do with Snapchat, so posting in this long thread will not be as effective as starting your own thread by posting a new message. If your company app is an Enterprise app (that is, available from the company and not in the app store) you will need an enterprise certificate to use it. Contact your company IT department to learn how to install a certificate. They probably have instructions on their employee portal.

I have had the same issue and have found the resolution to the problem in question.

Snapchat WILL NOT allow you to log onto the phone you are having problems with no matter what your reasoning is.

The issue is, your phone has a unique IMEI number and due to that number being unique and registered to your personal phone the only option you have is to change the IMEI. Unfortunately, the only way to do so is by getting a new phone due to it being illegal to change the IMEI number set to your phone.

as soon as you make a new account Snapchat will match the IMEI number linked to your phone and will delete the account.

I have suffered with this issue for 5 months and have now bought a new phone, put my SIM card in and logged in with my iCloud and my 100th account over the span is working smoothly. So that rules out it being an issue involving the above.

The answer was given in a prior comment:

Hi,

I'm facing the exact same issue.

I recently bought iPhone 12 Pro Max.

My Snapchat account doesn’t work on iPhone 12 Pro Max. As soon as I login to that device, it logs me out by itself for no reason.

I was using iPhone X previously. It still works fine in that device. My Snapchat functions completely alright in the old device but for some reason, it doesn’t work in the new device.

I tried to contact the Snapchat help centre a million times. All their replies are just bot. No real person is replying from the other side. I’m still using 2 devices. One for Snapchat and the new one for other things. It’s been almost 3 weeks now. I don’t what’s wrong but it’s definitely annoying and frustrating. Tried all the possible solutions. Still can’t figure it out.

Why did snap delete my account I woke up this morning and text 2 people and then 3 hours later it said that my username does not match and it says my girls phone it says the same thing when I try to make a new one it says I can’t but when I use my girls iPhone 13 it works just fine but when I use my iPhone 12 everything locks up and I’m high key mad about snap deleting my account for no reason I had pictures of my family and friends before they passed away and now I have no access to those pictures

No one in this user-to-user forum has any idea why SnapChat deleted your account. And Apple has no way of knowing either. Only SnapChat can answer your question. We know from experience that SnapChat will block accounts that have repeated serious violations of their Terms of Service. Depending on how serious the violation was the ban can be temporary or permanent. And we know from the experience of other users posting in this thread that they can enforce it by banning the device you are using, so creating a new account is not a workaround.

I ended up selling the decide. Tried to contact apple support a multiple times over the phone as well. I showed them while sharing my screen to three different senior consultants.

none of them could find any solution regarding this. They kept on asking me that record the screen and send it to us.

I showed them a number of times about what’s happening and also explained that how it works fine on other devices. They kept on transferring me to one place to another. They even asked me to reset the phone by putting it to the recovery mode and install the iOS again. Tried that one as well, didn’t work. In the end I asked them out of curiosity that my device is still under warranty. Is there any chance you could replace it? I was really frustrated and tired by explaining the same issue to the different consultants everytime.

then one of the consultants added the note in the CRM software with my case id saying that the customer is looking for a replacement device for no reason or something and after that all the officers just created an impression that I’m doing something dodgy to get a replacement device and kept on transferring me to different consultants. This is really poor service from apple. This is the first time I’m so disappointed with apple.

I ended up selling the phone just because apple couldn’t help on this thing.
