Hello, i have a problem with my snapchat account is that everytime i try logging in from this specific phone, my account gets automatically locked but if i try logging in from any other device, like my old iphone for example, it works perfectly fine so what is the problem with my phone? Why won’t it let me log into snapchat? And im sure that i didnt install any third party apps or anything else.

i made a new iCloud account & got a new number just incase but it isn’t the iCloud account that’s making snapchat not work it’s either the IP address on your phone or the imei cause i tried making a new iCloud & erasing everything on my old phone and it still didn’t work.
It’s the imei on the iPhone it’s self it’s Snapchat is doing that there is no way to get back in it every one honestly would have to get a new phone if they want Snapchat back…. It happened to me on my iPhone 12 Pro Max and I didn’t have no vpn or second party apps
Almost positive it’s a bug within the new iOS 16 and 16.1 software update. Have had an iPhone 11 Pro Max for couple years and never updated it. Last month i updated it to iOS 16 and have had the problem ever since. It’s not cuz of a vpn internet connection.
I too have had the same problem only wit the new Se I’ve had 3 witch it happened to all but it’s perfectly fine on my 12 and now my sisters Se does it too so from my experience i think it may be a problem wit the SE because it has worked fine on my 12 for a year now

I don’t think you’re understanding what people are saying.. people have tried to get a hold of Snapchat customer service. There is no way too. I’ve even tried making a Twitter page to get a hold of them. It won’t even let me make a Twitter page on this device. I’ve been locked out of my Snapchat now for two days . But yet I can login on my laptop. There is no reason for the app to be acting up like this., because three of my accounts are locked on this phone..
I understand this situation quite well, as likely do the other folks replying here.
We don't know the details of your particular ban, of what you did or did not do, or otherwise.
But we do know that this is a Snapchat issue, and that only Snapchat can resolve it.
Nobody here can rescind a Snapchat ban.
If Snapchat is unable, unwilling, or unresponsive to your inquires, or unwilling to un-ban y'all, find another service.
