Evening All,
Thought it was about time I added my 2p/c for support as I've been keeping an eye on this thread for a few weeks because I've been having same issue for while, match just freezes at 'Matching songs with iTunes store' with the progress wheel at almost complete. the occasional song would get through with me leaving on for a few hours each evening but on the whole nothing was happening. My Annual renewal came up on 5th August, needless to say I cancelled the auto renew a few days before and apple wont be getting my money again until it's sorted.
Running iTunes (Downloaded from Apple, and Windows store) on Win10 PC in the UK, built by myself last year (Ryzen 3200g/16gb Ram/A320 board). so no old hardware/software here issues. Uninstalled/Reinstalled and drivers updated, not running VPN. Everything Checked my end to no resolution.
Will be checking this thread periodically to see when they sort it as I've been using Match for years and would hate to lose it, but if it don't work I'm not paying for it. :)
