According to my unofficial research, 'Myanmar/Burmese language' Fonts are represented in macOS11.x.
And these may vary by region; the font book is user accessible. (Asia page shows Myanmar fonts.)

I think I've tried everything I can with the setting.
The apple team should revise all the PC devices imported to Japan may be.

yes ,I'm using the Keymagic keyboard .
PS. I have used Ukelele to make a corrected JIS version of the Apple Myanmar input source, in case that would be useful for you.

And yes,the Myanmar QWERTY does have ရ on the 'r' key but the whole layout isn't familiar with me so....
