Can I use an Apple Pencil with an iPhone 13 or iPhone 13 Pro? Or does Apple Pencil only work with iPad?

I bought a pencil and didn’t do my research. 🤦🏽♂️ Will there be and iOS update to support the pencil in the future for iPhone? 🤷🏾

Please add this to the new iPhone 13 in some way and can I draw with it on notes or something
That’s the thing/one issue I have had!!!—markups could be much more fine-tuned with a more “precise,” pin-point finger rather than what my own sausages can accomplish 😉, ya feel me!?!🤪
