I phone 13 pro has no noise cancellation option anymore in settings for phone calls. If you go to (settings, Accessibility then Audio/Visual.) there is no option anymore for phone noise cancellation. Only in facetime calls.

With 2 microphone built in with speakers in iphone13 it is indeed achievable to activate noise cancelling theoretically with software at expense of some more battery consumption. At present we have no option other than living with decade behind single microphone technology.

Yes contacted apple support same as you no solution. Left a message that a lot of people were upset with the poor sound quality and why they would go backwards in technology for a quality phone sound. Evidently they don’t get back to you. But do read the comments and take in account to solve issues that people complain about. Hopefully they will have some kind of update in the near future if enough people complain that it’s missing on their iPhone 13s
iOS 51.1 is very corrupted they purposely removed it so now calls are heard on earpiece and bottom speaker at the same time, and hardly hear, apple screwed us again, thank god I can return the iPhone 13 pro max its a joke like apple, going back to android samsung for good
its not an issue with FaceTime just a normal phone call and speaker phone calls. The mic picks up every thing even a pen dropping on a desk while talking. My brother-in-law has a iPhone 12 so it’s not an issue on his end just my IPhone 13 end.

I had an 8 and never had issue talking on speaker. As soon as I upgraded to the 13, I have had issues intermittently while talking on speakerphone, Which I tend to do a lot for work. I’ve been able to figure out that the phone actually cancels my voice, so it is noise canceling my voice instead of outside sounds. Pretty unacceptable and ridiculous. I’d rather have no noise canceling option, so I could turn it off and at least people could hear my voice even if it is loud in the background. The feedback I got from people on the other end of the line was that they would hear me and then it wouldn’t drop what I was saying and then they would hear me again. Basically In-N-Out while I’m talking. As soon as I take it off speaker they hear me fine. Pretty crappy result for a phone that cost 1000 more dollars and was 5 years newer than the 8.
I bought ur greatest invention 13Pro and recvd the worst phone ever invented. Why well how would you like to have a loud static noise in your ear throughout your whole conversation asking the other side “what did you say” “ can you repeat” the most annoying static in your conversation and continuance until that conversation is over, a sigh of relieve comes to you! So Apple if you want to save your great invention “FIX IT”! I have to scream coz I’m not sure you can hear me, my ears are still hearing static! You had a fix with the noise cancelation button but you decide to delete that button in 15.01 fixes. You need to act and act fast like within less than 24hrs or face the the biggest disaster of the of apples history. I’m still so crazy upset by it that I will be the 1st in line to ASK for a complete refund and restitution for the pain I’ve endured and it is painful, that static in your ear for as long as the conversation last.
I tried all that not working on the new iPhone 13pro hissing noise rendering the phone unserviceable in my opinion.

I wrote about this issue a couple of weeks ago reference the hissing noise on my iPhone 13pro brand phone out of the box that has this terrible hissing sound during conversations. It such an awful hissing sound and it seems to get louder the longer you talk. I had search and found a solution online of older iPhones having this issue as well. Apples solution was to provide a cancellation button for the older iPhones at the time. But I tried it and it worked on the newer iPhone 13pro the cancel button killed the hissing, gosh what a relieve I felt, it was so painful but I found relieve of this terrible hissing. Then apple came out with release 15.01 which removed the good button, great job guys you just killed us again!
Simple fix give us back the cancellation button ASAP, while your engineers figure out what is truly causing this hissing noise and be quick about it, I’m not sure how long anyone can stand this hissing during conversations it’s that bad. If not this will be a deal breaker for me and I’m sure many others it’s that bad!

Same for the iPhone 13. As a real estate broker I make a ton of calls utilizing Apple CarPlay. I can no longer do that with the iPhone 13! I never would have gotten this phone if I had known. Please apple…. Fix this!!
same here why we’ve been ditched with the noise cancellation feature in iphone 13 pro. It’s not what apple is supposed to do. Intentionally removing such a useful feature without letting the customer know about is bot ethical at all on their part. Fix this asap or be answerable for the same
