Tracking number is not working

Folks make sure you are home when UPS is to deliver. I am showing no signature required notes. That means they are just going to leave it on your doorstep- possibly without even knocking on the door.

My latest UPS update shows "Arrived at Facility, Shanghai, China"

Delivery date still shows Dec 14th, although I received an email from Apple saying "Your delivery may arrive later than the date shown in your Shipping Confirmation email."

Same here. Shows the package arrived at a Shanghai Facility on 12/10 and no updates since then. My delivery date has already been moved out to Wednesday and I assume may push further out if there are no additional updates today.

This is pretty disheartening. Hopefully we hear some news today. My current MacBook Pro (Mid 2015 model), finally died on me early this morning. Won’t power on at all, have tried everything.

I did get some movement today as you mentioned and my latest status is "Your package is in transit. We're updating plans to schedule your delivery. The package will be forwarded to a UPS facility in the destination city." Awesome!

My UPS service is showing UPS Worldwide Express Saver which according to the site is 2 days from China to the US once actually shipped, so it is possible we could see the package in the next couple of days though this is a busy time of year. Best of luck to all for a speedy delivery.

Thank you for the detailed tracking info from your order. It looks like they are already getting further behind as your order shows that it went from the origin scan to "Your package is in transit" in just one day. I had my origin scan on 12/10 and it didn't move to "In Transit" until 12/14 (4 days later). I am still waiting on the "Departed from facility" status update which hopefully only means another day or two until delivery from that point.

I don’t see that update listed in deansfield’s notes, so it’s looking like our shipment is not following the same pattern.

My package had a final destination in Richmond Canada and I removed that part of the tracking data which was beyond Seattle, which is shown below and includes the Canadian import scan. It is possible that that the route differed slightly as it might have travelled in bond until it got to Canadian customs.

It looks like you will have your package today and you can toss your aged unit.

As of this morning my UPS tracking is showing “Departed from Anchorage, AK” and is now showing Monday, December 20 as delivery date. Glad to see tracking movement, but bummed about that delivery date. Maybe it’ll bounce back to being sooner again 🤷‍♂️

Same here. Flightradar24 shows the aircraft 2100 miles out of Louisville with arrival in about 3.5 hrs. Package may make it to us on Friday IF we do not get into a long delay from US Customs. Otherwise its Monday delivery. Still cannot believe that it was stuck in Shanghai for close to two weeks.

It is on UPS 91. I have the Flightradar 24 App on my iPad. I apply the filter to show only UPS Flights. It was the only flight headed toward Louisville from Anchorage. Then using the App I looked at the aircrafts recent flights and it came out of Shanghai yesterday afternoon. Then to Seoul, then to Anchorage and now to Louisville.

In the same boat as both of you and showing a Monday delivery as well. Also bummed but at least it has made its way out of Shanghai finally. Crossing my fingers that we all get it sooner than later.

Tracking is now showing that it has "Cleared Import Customs" in Lousiville at 8:02am. I think this is where our packages will part ways and hopefully it's quickly off to our local destination facilities. Crossing my fingers for an earlier delivery. Hoping they get our packages delivered earlier to make way for some of the last minute Christmas deliveries next week.

I also just got the "cleared customs". If that means we are through with customs then we should get delivery tomorrow UNLESS package volume is so high because of Christmas that there may not be enough aircraft available or sorting capability to get it to our respective destinations until Monday.

My package landed in my local hub and was transferred to the UPS site in my city. The package has changed now to "Preparing for Delivery" and I am getting more hopeful now that it is a lot closer. I'll post back if mine is delivered today.
