13 pro max camera freeze

I am on my 2nd new iPhone 13 Pro Max and I am experiencing the same problem on new phone. The IPhone camera app freezes and I have to turn the phone off. Totally unacceptable for my business use and cost of this phone. I took my first phone to the Apple store and it froze in the camera app for the technician. Because the phone was under warranty they suggested getting a new phone. Please advise on the on-going widespread technical flaw with the IPhone camera app.

I FINALLY have this resolved. A hardware diagnostic found that the "sensor" on the back of the camera was bad. I got a new phone. I'm guessing this is the issue with most of you on this forum as the symptoms are all the same. It was a giant pain getting a new phone but bring up the camera and it not freezing is like breathing again.

I bought my 13 pro max a couple weeks ago. Running iOS 15.4 and the camera is the worst I’ve experienced. The rear facing will work if it’s on that setting when I open it. But switching to front facing camera causes the screen to “flip” like normal, but never actually switches from what I can tell, because it’s just all blurry. And then it gets stuck and won’t switch back to rear facing until I close out the camera. Going to Geek Squad Sunday because Apple Support is no help. I know it’s not the lens because the front camera works perfect on instagram. Probably end up returning.

The camera app on my new 6 months old iPhone 13 pro keeps on crashing every time I use the video mode on x0.5 (wide-angle). It worked fine for a couple of months but now it crashes all the time. It stops recording, the screen freezes, and stops. Also the camera app freezes even without recording. What should I do? I already did a reset of all my data (not a factory reset) and I even turned off iCloud for the photos.

I tested it with 2 other colleagues of mine that have the exact same iPhone 13 pro and they experience the same problem!!!

I have to use it professionally, so what should I do Apple?
