Has anyone had problems with cellular service being disabled with the 15.3.1 update? 2 of my co-workers have had this problem right after the update was completed.

Yes and it's very frustrating to say the least. Apple doesn't have to worry about me doing anymore updates or getting their products. Zero help from them.
Still doing good on Verizon. No issues so far.
