Has anyone had problems with cellular service being disabled with the 15.3.1 update? 2 of my co-workers have had this problem right after the update was completed.

It’s still an ongoing issue I’m afraid, add no amount of troubleshooting will fix it. It’s a software bug, and it’s still present on the 15.4 unfortunately.
