Lightning Digital AV Adapter Not Working on iOS 15.4

I bought Lightning Digital AV Adapter brand new by apple and when i try to connect to my Iphone 12 iOS 15.4, thats not detected and working properly. But when i try on iphone XR and Iphone 11 Pro max, that is working smoothly. I try to uplug the cable and try again, but thats not work. Anyone can help me with this problem? Thank you very much

In my case. I bought a second hand cable from a guy, and it does not work. Then I got a new one from Apple Store, it works. I think the previous cable is fake, it might works on some specifix iOS device/version but not the latest. So, check your cable origin first. BTW, authen cable always reveal a blue sign in status bar when connecting and in General > About will show AV Adapter accessories line

12 pro max 512gb iOS 15.4.1 spent most of my day I’ll never get back finally pulled out my old Xs max 512gb iOS 15.1 and BOOM! Works fine Xs and doesn’t recognize 12. Lmk address to send my bill?

I updated phone from 15.4.1. to 15.5. Still the same issue

come on Apple, you render one of your key accessories useless and do not provide fix/explanation?

i have original dongle, that's not the problem. I can see that i works on iPhone 13 with latest ios, add well as on ipad air 1 with ios12. But iPhone se 2020 after ios update - nothing

I got the same issue on my IphoneX with iOS 15.5 but dont have any problem on my Ipad that still iOS 15.4.1 .

Does anyone know how to fix this problem yet?

Same here! Just bought Apple av adapter today and plugged it up and did not get any signal at all. Tried multiple hdmi cords to rule any out that weren’t working. Running 15.5 iOS

was there ever answer for this question? I have the iPhone 13 Pro Max and updated my phone to iOS 16 and the adapter stopped working. I updated to iOS 16.0.2 and still it does not work. Apple you needa start answering questions instead of leaving customers talking to each other on a thread.

Yes, that problem happen when im using lightning digital AV adapter with OBS Studio. (When im use 3rd party Digital AV adapter, its work well. This is make me confused.)
No error message appear on my iphone.
