MacStudio M1 Max- Glitchy exports

I just purchased the new MacStudio: Apple M1 Max with 10-core CPU, 24-core GPU, 16-core Neural Engine, 32GB unified memory, 1TB SSD storage

Running macOS Monterey 12.3.1

Adobe Premiere version 22.3

Editing with mixed sources (nothing new) but having a real problem exporting for broadcast. Video is glitching like I've never seen before.

I also have a 2013 MacPro (trash can) running the same OS and same version of Premiere. Problem does not exist on the MacPro. I took the MacStudio to Apple last week and their hardware diagnostics came back clean. They are blaming it on Adobe software. I question that because the problem does not replicate on the MacPro. Anyone else seeing this? I NEED HELP!

My kingdom to anyone who can solve this problem. I'm ready to ship the MacStudio back to Apple if this continues.
