Hi Sun-India,
Have you tried the latest (21 Oct 2022) drivers from Canon?

(-> Drivers -> Compatible Operating System macOS 13)
If necessary, reset the printing system and re-add the printer:

Hi,
After Ventura Update 13.01 - my 2 printers not working 1/ Epson ET-3750 & 2/ HP Officejet Pro 8610
However my Dymo label/writer 450 is.
Tried everything I know - which is not much.
Switch off & reboot computer & printer - none of the two work.
Connected by LAN cable through an NetGear Hub.
Took that out of the equation and connected direct to the HP no luck Gaian.
If desperation sets in may try use a backup and go back a MAC os - any ideas boys & girls ? Thanks Peter
I updated my iMac 3.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 to Ventura 13. I lost everything and have spent two days on the phone with Apple Help. I am now back up, some what, but now my Epson ET-2700 printer will not print. My computer and the printer are talking to each other, the printer runs the paper through but does not print. I have reloaded the data need to run the Epson program. Epson does not have new support Ventura 13. What do I do now? I'm sorry I updated! Everything was running fine. Not sure what to do next.
I have an Epson Artisan 730 Color Printer/Scanner. After I did the Ventura 13.0.1 system upgrade I can no longer scan documents in 100% size. The printer works fine but all scanned documents come out approximately 75% size inside a full sheet of paper. The settings are for 100% size. Everything worked great until I did the upgrade to the Ventura program. Any ideas on how to solve?
Thanks, Dennis
Same here! Printer and Scanner will not work using Bonjour. Only via USB but then only the printer and not the scanner. Been on the phone with APPLE SUPPORT for a whole bunch of issues after the update to Ventura! It was not a pleasant experience. Still working out issues two weeks later. Contacts app slowed down to less than a snail's pace too. My BEEF now is why did APPLE drop the incompatible software folder found in earlier versions of MacOS? I had to debug that stuff one by one. Time lost that I will never regain!
Hi Jan,
Thanks very much for your reply. However, I've tried all the above. It just isn't connecting. I'm at a total loss. Really don't know what to do.
Any other tips you have would be much appreciated.
Best,
Sunher
I updated to Ventura and was fine. But when I had to remove and add the Canon printer again, there was no driver to select in the list and all the updates I've done hasn't added one. I can't find it (using USB connection only).
Mine isn't working either. I have a Brother MFC-J4610DW. I have gone to the System/Printers & Scanners settings pane and removed the printer from the pane. Then tried to add it back while selecting the WiFi/Wireless or AirPrint mode but it no longer shows? I believe that it should work as it is listed with compatibility to do airprint. The printer is still on the network but my macbook air cannot see it?
Please help
I am also going crazy trying to restore the printing function on my Canon MG7750 printer which still scans perfectly to the iMac (using a hard wired connection...). Canon referred me to AirPrint function as no driver yet developed for Ventura, but Apple just sent lots of links to usual setup pages, which sadly simply don't work.
Canon site downloads an icon labelled Canon_IJ with 'setup' under the icon, but is doesn't run at all.
Has anyone any solutions to this conundrum, or is the printer-scanner for the bin because of Apple's incessant upgrades ..?
I have used the reset printers option, but still nothing appears in the 'add printer' box. The popup box is not that helpful; it asked for a name (?) kind (?) Location: Use: ...
if the 'globe' icon at top of add printer box is clicked, it asks for an address (host name or IP address), then protocol, and queue .. none of which mean anything to me as a mere end user with a medical degree ...
I'm having a problem also since the Ventura 13.0.1 update. I want color off and 2-sided printing on. I "save current setting" but it doesn't save. The color off gets saved but not the 2-sided printing. I have to go in and remember to put 2-sided on, which sometimes I forget and it's so annoying. My printer is an HP officejet pro 8600 that worked find before the update.
None of my printers are working from my new iMac with Ventura. They aren't even seen when ADD printer pressed. I have done everything ... rebooted iMac, Rebooted all printers, Rebooted the router. Basically, the printing functions of Ventura just DON'T work. I even manually added the location, and still nothing. Got one printer to install, but then all I get is OFFLINE. Another word for ... iMac not seeing it!
All of the same printers work flawlessly from my Dell Microsoft Windows 10 computer on the same network. I guess I have to work on my Windows computer until Apple figures this out!
i have a Macbook Air Ventura 13.2.1, I am trying to connect my Canon Pixma MG3200 Series to the Mac and it says it does not support this printer. Is there a driver that I can download to make this work and if so, where do I find it??
I am operating on Ventura 13.6.1 I am about to purchase an new printer Canon PIXMA TR8620a - All-in-One Printer Home
In reading comments there are a number of folks that when they updated to Ventura this printer no longer works. Do you know if this issue has been resolved?
Canon ip8700 the same. Says code 306. I notice Apple actually giving no support apart from denial. No problem ire loudly and want canon options from driver. AirPrint doesn’t offer same options. Same happened after an update long time ago and my canon scanner is no longer useable with canon drivers. Is it going to be the same with printer now. Very disappointing.
Both the iPhone & iPad rely on AirPrint to send print jobs, so we know at least that part is working. Thanks for the update.
Thanks Windy City! I never heard or read anything about "AirPrint"? Wish I knew about it before buying a new printer.
Thanks again for your response!
