I am having trouble with changing my print color option on my iphone 13. My computer can print in color, so the printer is ok. I have been printing from my phone for 2 years in color, but changed it to blk and white one time and can't get it back the color option. HELP. I've tried everything. Thank you.

This worked for me. Save the item you want to print in icloud files. Go into the HP Smart app on your ipad or iphone. Make sure you log in and connect your printer to the app. Click print, the preview might still show a black and white image. Hit print. The printed version should come out as colour, it did for me and someone else above.

I have a new iPhone 14 and I can’t print in color from my phone. It’s not the printer, can print in color from computer.
The new format for printing, won’t let me choose black or color ink. The old format let you ok if one ink was low. I just need black. Thank you
