Thank you for the screenshot.

About this Error:

This seems to be a bug that has been going around for a long period of time —particularly with Skype. So, do you use Skype on your Mac?

You can click on cross sign in spotlight search of keychain access or quit keychain access .

Note : in your screen shot that is posted , in the dock keychain access is opened permanently , you don't need to open it , just quit .

Same way why so many applications like terminal , and other applications are opened simultaneously Quit apps on Mac - Apple Support

In the dock right click over applications and quit them .

Thank you for your reply. I do not use Skype and it’s not downloaded.

I guess my next question is then why does my iCloud recognize my phone as two different iPhones? I don’t recognize the CET iPhone or know what that is. It’s just an uneasy feeling about security.

I have the same "LaunchServices device identifier base secret" in my keychain. I also have Apple Remote management running on my new M1 MacBook Pro. I purchased this one because I was told the other was outdated and that was the problem. Multiple new apple Id's, factory re-installs, wiped iPhones, I could go on. Apparently, Apple Care doesn't really "care" like they used to. Best of luck to you. Hopefully your resolution will give me renewed hope. I have given up. Edited to add that I do not use Skype, messaging, FaceTime and I have all forms of sharing disabled on my Mac. ie: airdrop, bluetooth, file share and all incoming connections are blocked.
