iPhone email only works on cellular, not WiFi. My iPad with the same email details works fine on the same WiFi network. I've tried this on 3 different networks with the same result?
This only started happening a month ago. I've had no problems for over a year prior. No settings in the mail app have been changed. They are all the same as the iPad.

I ended up going to the Apple store and they were familiar with the issue.
There was a VPN on my phone that was enabled. (Oddly I never had installed one?)
But that was the issue. As soon as they uninstalled it, problem gone.
If you have a VPN on your phone get rid of it and see what happens.

If you turn this on, looks like everyone, email senders can track you and if you read the email or how many times you you looked it.
seems to leave you at risk when it’s off?
