The password app on my iPad has stopped working. It goes through the Face ID then just shows a blank screen. It still seems to be applying ID / passwords when logging onto to sites that need them but I cannot manage the passwords at all.

This worked for me by opening a second window and closing the first. BUT apple really needs to fix this ASAP.

Created an account to amplify this. It is extremely worrying to open your passwords app and be presented with an empty screen. It’s just an issue on the app side, but it’s not hard to think “all my passwords are gone.”
Apple, please fix this priority 1.
On the top of your ipad screen on the 1st password window are 3 dots. Select that and Split View. Then select the Password app again and it should open in that new window this time with all the passwords. Once I closed both windows then the problem didn’t happen again. Hope it works for you.
OK - I fixed it. On my iPad screen, I did not see the three dots. I was finally able to, by slowly opening a second page, get my Passwords (slowly swiping up was the key for me to get the new page) and now the problem is permanently fixed.
