Siri will have to get much more sensitive and multiple microphones to accomplish that (the HomePod has 6 I believe) and it is going to pull more battery power.

Oh well, it worked for about 6 hours. Then it just stopped working again.
Apple sending a replacement iphone X. I have to pay $1291.48 to Apple before they will send it to me. When they receive my malfunctioning phone they will refund me .
I have two iPhones three iPads and a MacBook Air Siri works on all of them and always has.
Yep got all that. Even made Apple send me a new X and it’s the same. If music is playing at mid level or up “hey Siri” doesn’t work.
Hopefully this is something that Apple will address with the new iOS 12 coming up. Is there a way where we can give suggestions of what to improve for the new software?
There is a way to make suggestions, but I can’t find a link, sorry.
I was told this was a hardware design, with the 2 speakers in the X. Who knows.
I must have forgotten. It would be helpful if she could make a phone call while the music was playing. Lately she answers my questions with “I found the on the web,” for me to read. I’m usually asking her because my hands are busy and I’m hoping she’d speak the answer.
