iCloudServices.exe - Entry Point Not Found

Have had this error come up on every log in...

The procedure entry point

?create@Thread@***@@SA?AV?$RefPtr@VThread@***@@@2@PB

D$$QAV?$Function@$$A6AXXZ@2@@Z could not be located in the

dynamic link library ***.dll.

Win7 Pro SP1

iTunes v12.7.5

iCloud v7.4.0.111

Tried uninstall/reinstall of iTunes and iCloud. Cannot sync my iPhone with my Outlook (2016) Calendar or Contacts anymore. iCloud works independently though. Pics update, just not calendar or contacts.

Thanks so much!! The key was the uninstallation order AND the components for software updates, mobile device support, bonjour etc... Removing the Apple folder in the Common Files took a little work but after that...BAM!! No more error at startup, Contact and Calendar are in sync again...life is good. Thanks again.
