iCloudServices.exe - Entry Point Not Found

Have had this error come up on every log in...


The procedure entry point

?create@Thread@***@@SA?AV?$RefPtr@VThread@***@@@2@PB

D$$QAV?$Function@$$A6AXXZ@2@@Z could not be located in the

dynamic link library ***.dll.

Win7 Pro SP1

iTunes v12.7.5

iCloud v7.4.0.111


Tried uninstall/reinstall of iTunes and iCloud. Cannot sync my iPhone with my Outlook (2016) Calendar or Contacts anymore. iCloud works independently though. Pics update, just not calendar or contacts.
