What iPhone model are you using?
My wife’s 32 GBs iPhone SE is running just fine on the latest iOS 11.4.1.
I’ve tried everything since the update and my iPhone 6S plus battery is draining fast as well. This started happening immediately after the update. I am tempted to go back to an android
