'Install or remove windows 7 or later version' option greyed out

I have a macOS 10.13.6, and I'm trying to use bootcamp to install Windows 10, and the install or remove windows 7 or later version option is greyed out. Bootcamp Assistant version is 6.1.0.

I made some mistakes the first time trying to install windows 10, and accidentally erased my MacBook Air, and restored it 3 months ago. It was around 2015 when I first got my laptop.

diskutil list and diskutil cs list:

This is what the disk utility looks like:

Can anyone help me on this?

Thanks in advance.

Still showed the black screen, the choice of which volume didn't show up.

Which implies that Windows installer is providing a bad GPU driver.

The black screen showed after it finished installing and restarted.

I assume the reboot to start the Windows installer, not the completion of Windows installation, correct?

Do you have a Time Machine backup of your macOS installation?

I did turn off my wifi, unless I'm supposed to do something else.

Wait, what? The black screen showed after it asked to restart the computer, also after the W10 said it restarted, and after the windows logo showed up a second time to start up the computer.

Um, if you mean a backup of my mac version of the computer on Time Machine, then yes. But what do you mean by backup of my macOS installation?

Also, I forgot to mention that I had successfully installed windows 10 and the display was working, but the internet drivers were gone or something, so I thought that was an error in the installation. I deleted the partition, and reinstalled it, and the screen was black. The time when I can actually see my screen was using WinToUSB on VMWareFusion, so I might try that again.

When installing from BCA and booting into EFI Boot, the screen turns black before I can see the login page. The windows logo shows and the text says, "Getting devices ready 30%" and the screen turns black.

When installing using WinToUSB, it sets up, and I can get into W8.1, but when I run setup.exe from the Bootcamp Windows Support 5.1.5640, the installation process gets to 'Intel Graphics', and it blinks once, then turn black. I can hear the usb disconnecting and reconnecting as well.

This is Everything in setupapi.dev.log when searched 'Intel' - Pastebin.com from installing using WinToUSB.
