'Install or remove windows 7 or later version' option greyed out

I have a macOS 10.13.6, and I'm trying to use bootcamp to install Windows 10, and the install or remove windows 7 or later version option is greyed out. Bootcamp Assistant version is 6.1.0.

I made some mistakes the first time trying to install windows 10, and accidentally erased my MacBook Air, and restored it 3 months ago. It was around 2015 when I first got my laptop.

Can anyone help me on this?

Thanks in advance.

It's only been two days, but I found a discussion that is similar to my problem, except I'm trying to install Windows 10: Macbook Air early 2014, windows, meet black screen with latest Intel graphics driver (hd5000)

The post wasn't complete, and I contacted apple and Microsoft support, and apple directed me to microsoft, and they directed me to intel support. I couldn't contact Intel, but apple said for me to try to get them to make another version of Windows support software compatible for this computer.

Intel apparently is hard to contact...
