Photos in iMessage disappeared after ios13 update

Can’t find photos after update, very distressing as all my grandkids pictures have gone! HELP.

2hours today on phone, awaiting a remote engineer check, getting back to me on Monday!

After updating my iPhone, all photos sent and received are gone ! Please, I need someone to tell me how to fix this issue?

I found out that no one gives a xxxx about our problem

Yeah, I found that out too unfortunately. But with $9.99 for iCloud per month and an iPhone that was almost $1,000, not sure this is acceptable. Guess I’ll be going to google pixel at some point.

I have been working on this since day 1 of iOS 13. They said 13.1.1 would fix it then they said 13.1.2. I am as fed up as all of you and am obsessed with trying to find a workaround

Hopefully a solution is found for this. Mine happened after using backup for a new phone with the new update. ****, I wish we could go back to older updates.

I had this problem before the update. Over 100 of my pics disappeared then later in the week the update came. So I thought the update would bring back my pics and it didn’t.

What settings did you lose by signing out of iCloud? Has anyone else tried this successfully?

When you logged out and then back in what data did you lose? What did you have to reset up?

This is what it says when I toggle it off. I’ve had this newer iPhone 7 Plus for almost a week now too.

Yes, this happened to me except it was starting from scratch on an iPhone 7 Plus. Please let us know what Apple engineering says to you when you hear back. This is an annoying problem.

And I just heard that apparently the newest 13.2 update doesn’t fix this issue either. Great.

I will know shortly but if its not solved I will be livid!
