iphone 11 pro poor sound quality

Hi all, I’m having sound problems in GSM calls since the very beginning. The sound on my side is always good, the people on the other side complain a lot regarding sound quality. The symptom doesn’t happen in voip calls, only radio one. Apple support already replaced my initial phone, already changed the SIM card also and the symptom reoccur in the new phone. Anyone knows how to follow from here? Anyone has a similar experience?

Yeah, I have it in Poland with T-Mobile...

The service has replaced me with a new phone twice and we still have the same problem. now I am waiting for news when they find a solution. If the interlocutor hears me bad, they go into airplane mode, I wait 5 s and call him back. It happens 2-3 a day. When the phone was on the site, I bought an iPhone 6 s for 2 weeks, no problems.

I've gone thru 2 replacement 11 Pro Max's, new sim cards, testing on my old X, wife's X, a android (sounds way better), numerous diagnostic tests with Apple, taking my phone to a accredited Apple service shop, spoke to 7 senior advisors, spoke to my carrier's engineers, have to power cycle off the phone everyday just to be able to use the phone as a phone.

Apple will not even call me back now. Totally feel cheated here and abandoned. This very well may be my last Apple product. Why should I be on a contract paying for a phone that doesnt work properly??

At least one of my local carriers has come clean about this.

Hi

same issue here in Mauritius with operator MYT mobile.

Same happening with other people using another network in my country(small island in the indian ocean)

tried everything - all reset, clean ios install etc. Nothing works.

to get good call quality you need to call the person you want 2 to 3 times for them to hear you properly.

being only an iphone user, this is really frustrating issue

It's definitely not a carrier issue. I have AT&T and have the same issues. I'm on my 2nd 11 pro. I've done tests through AT&T, Apple, and Best Buy.

I opened a ticket with Apple over the phone and my "senior advisor" completely quit responding to me after 2 weeks so I went into the store, they gave me a brand new phone, it worked great for less than a week and now I'm having the same issues all over again. I should have stuck with my iPhone 8. It worked perfectly.

For me this nightmare has finish .... return the device and receive my money back today, FNAC returns my money because they didn't want to continue with a Customer unsatisfied.


Vey Bad support from Apple, I start troubleshooting this issue since November, and they continue to say the issue responsibility is from the operator. For them, Customer has to keep with this bad experience and wait until Apple and MEO find how to resolve the issue.

Hi All,


I have the same issue, i'm using Iphone 11 Pro Max with MEO (portugal) operator.

I'm trying to resolve this issue for almost two months and Apple (assistant João Pinto) just close the issue because the issue didn't happen with my other card from Vodafone, the assistance just told me if the issue only happen with MEO Operator the issue is from the operator... I have no issues with this operator with my last Iphones, 7, 8, 8Plus, X ... Vary Bad Support Service from Apple I was not expecting to be treated this way, I had no justification from engineer teams, this is managed at the assistant level.


Now I cannot return the equipment, Apple is not resolving the issue and the issue is for the operator to resolve…
