Iphone 11 Pro Calls Issue

I have the following issue with my Iphone 11 Pro (latest IOS 13.2.2 installed). During a call, the other side cannot hear me well (garbling sound). This happens using the airpods or when I do not use bluetooth at all. The issue is not fixed even if I hang up and call again, unless I restart my phone, or turn on airplane mode and turn it off again. Then, it is fixed for a short term, until it eventually re-appears. I tried resetting Network Settings, and after that did not work, I totally erased my phone and set it up from scratch. The problem however remains. Any help please?

I'm facing similar issue with my iPhone 11 pro.

During a phone Call, the other end cannot hear me properly or even not at all. The microphone works well, i tested it on voice memo , whats app call etc...

I have to restart the iphone everytime as the problem reappears. This is becoming seriously annoying for such a high value Phone. There are important calls that i missed because of this problem.

I starting to miss my iphone 6s which had 000000 problems !!!

Hi All,

I have the same issue, i'm using Iphone 11 Pro Max with MEO (portugal) operator.

I'm trying to resolve this issue for almost two months and Apple (assistant João Pinto) just close the issue because the issue didn't happen with my other card from Vodafone, the assistance just told me if the issue only happen with MEO Operator the issue is from the operator... I have no issues with this operator with my last Iphones, 7, 8, 8Plus, X ... Vary Bad Support Service from Apple I was not expecting to be treated this way, I had no justification from engineer teams, this is managed at the assistant level.

Now I cannot return the equipment, Apple is not resolving the issue and the issue is for the operator to resolve…

Other people have the same issue with other issues opened and Apple is not doing nothing to resolve it:

I have exactly the same problem on Iphone 11 (latest IOS 13.2.3). Mobile operator Vodafone Ukraine. The interlocutor does not hear me well only when making calls over the cellular network. If I am call through any messenger (via 3g or lte) - everything is heard perfectly. What I did:

  • SIM card replacement
  • reset network settings
  • reset phone with data cleansing

Rebooting or switching airplane mode solves the problem, but after a few hours the problem repeats.

I know several cases in

Portugal with Meo Operator. Vodafone appears not having the issue. It sounds

like an iPhone Pro certification problem. Apple already replaced my phone, done

several tests and say it's an operator problem and they should be the ones to

fix it. I have seen cases in several countries, operators and high-end devices

only. Apple Care didn't help and close the incident support saying the cannot

do anything else. Amazing experience with a 1350€ device. Ghostbusting since

September on this issue. Drained out by now. Worst experience ever with a

phone.

Good afternoon!

I have been using the iPhone 11 pro MAX for less than a month. Since the purchase, there are problems with GSM communication. I hear the interlocutor well, but they hear me like a robot. Before that, I used the iPhone 7 Plus for three years, and I had no such problems. My operator is Vodafone Ukraine. I contacted the operator’s support service twice. I read in the media that a similar problem was with the operator Kyivstar (Ukraine). As far as I understand, Apple and Kyivstar together solved this problem.

I reset the phone to factory settings. It did not help.

I was waiting for a new iOS firmware, but after installing the latest iOS 13.3, nothing has changed. Considering that I am not alone with such a problem as it turned out all over the world, I ask Aplle to solve this problem, because it is clear that the problem is not in the operator but in Apple devices.

Several countries and operators impacted. Apple don't confirm THEY have a problem, all incidents opened near Apple Care support line ended the same way. They say it's an operator problem and nothing is wrong with this device. iPhone 11 Pro line is impacted and only that apparentely.

Already used Apple forms to communicate the problem, Apple Care, foruns and absolutely nothing is happening from a customer point of view.

Just wishing I didn't spend 1350€ in a iPhone 11 Pro 256Gb. I had better experience with my Samsung Galaxy (first generation) than this.

My suggestion is that we ALL try to return our devices near reseller stores. For sure would have some noise.
