So the app works fine except when I go to watch anything(movie or show) I get sound, but with a black/blank screen.
Anyone else have this problem???

Having the same problem. I can't believe the answer is to change the input. (hard for me to do given our AV cabinets. Why would Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV+ and other 4K HDR sources work fine, but just Disney Plus needs a different input??!

Worked for me too - had to downgrade to 1080 SDR.
Disney+ should keep the free trial going until this is resolved.
