AppleTV Error Code -71163
After prompt to start using AirPlay 2; the Bluetooth connection fails to activate on both my iPad and iPhone 8. All apps work EXCEPT Prime Video. Any suggestions out there?
Resolved :-) simply followed 1st tip on cnet.com. Double clicked on remote; clicked on app (prime video); and swiped up on the remote pad. Thanks CNET!
