iPhone keeps freezing after iOS 14 update

My iPhone 7 Plus completely froze after the update. Literally got stuck on the apple logo, i let it die 2 times and charged it up again and it would just sit at the apple logo, I had to go and get the 12 pro just to not have a problem for the next.. idk 5 years?. Aaaanddd my insurance didn’t even want to replace my 7 without the imie Number?... and i literally couldn’t even do that. Bc I can’t access the phone. Also yes I did try the force reboot and then the whole “plug it into the MacBook” thing and nothing worked.

mine too, my XR has just started doing this past 48 hours, could be whilst typing email browsing contacts or with app open. turns dark screen, blanks out for 10 secs returns to home screen

extremely annoying

I’m running the latest and it’s still doing this. I’ve reset to new and still having issues! My friend who has a 12 also has issues with text messages going hidden as well have I. But having apps foreclose is an annoyance. I’ve called apple they’ve not been helpful nor has Best buy who reset my phone for me. I have the 11 max pro ... pulling my hair out with this one

Same here. IPhone 11 Pro keeps freezing in all different allocations since the iOS 14 update. Just called all my friends who I support and told them to wait 14.1! When will it come?

yes that is possible. People panic but with a few days and patience things can be resolved.
