How to install Canon printer with Big Sur
I have installed Big Sur. Now I cannot use or download our Canon printer driver......

Please do the following in this order:
- Uninstall all Canon software, put in the Trash and empty the Trash.
- Please reset the printing system per Reset the Mac printing system to solve a problem
- Next, follow the instructions in Adding a printer

Installed Big Sur last week now Canon mg5750 printer not responding although it will print from iPhone sometimes. Have checked LAN settings, changed inks, rebooted iMac. Don’t know what to do next.
No issue using my Canon TS8320. I installed all the software from the Canon site and works fine including the scanner.

I have just printed via Canon Print services on my Galaxy phone S10 but can't see a way to print test page from printer. It has to be requested from Mac.

May I ask you to double-check the exact printer model? Could it possibly be one of the MF241/242/243/244/245/246/247/249? Please add any applicable suffix (d/dn/dw).

Oh- never mind, you are correct! The site I used only had the printer driver, so am now downloading the scanner driver from the site you provided. Thanks so much!

It worked to just delete the printer from the printers in system, then just add it from there by searching for a new printer
