I have ordered an iphone 12pro max on 18 november. Now only thing in the tracking it shows is Clearance in progress. Can someone help me how long is it gonna take or anyone in the same situation.

Pick up Reservation, Phone Was Out of STOCK I placed an order for a iPhone 15 Plus 256 GB in Pink Saturday night with a reservation time of Sunday 9/24/23 at 3:15-3:30pm. I arrived at the pick-up location which was 2 hours from where I live at 3pm waited 1 and 1/2 hours in the reservation pick up line to finally get with an associate to be informed that my "reserved" "PAID FOR" phone was OUT OF STOCK. How this happened is beyond me. I was told I would have it mailed expedited shipped to me and that I would have a tracking number for it today 9/25/23. I have not received any update or tracking number as of yet. I cannot believe Apple took my money and I have no phone. Has this happened to anyone else and if so WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?!

Rinse and repeat...? "Clearance in Progress" Anyone else experiencing an issue with their new iphone 13 pro max "shipping", only to be held up in Customs (presumably)? Pre-order on 9/24, "shipped" on 9/30, with an estimated delivery date of 10/4, and has been in "Clearance in Progress" ever since. All I can find on the forum is the same experience that folks had with the iphone 12, about a year ago. Clearly the supply chain has not improved since last year if the same exact thing is happening. This will be my last pre-order to be sure. It is certainly not worth the frustration of not knowing who to contact, and when to find out if my shipment will clear, or if it is lost. F on execution Apple and UPS....

My GF got her iPhone....mine still in limbo. Wish the rep replaced mine like they did hers.

She should have told to whoever rep she was talking to that you have the same problem as hers. They could have sent you a replacement as well.
