Why does this screen time and app limits functionality not work? The ones I set are over-written, even tho I have block app turned on, half of the time they disappear and I have to restart the list. What is going on?

100% same exact problem here! Apple, please fix this glitch! All my kids have to do is push the one more minute option, and boom, 8 hr a day on Instagram just like that. I have reset the app time limits like 20 times now and it is getting very tiresome.
This bug has made parental controls completely useless. Please fix so they work as they are supposed to!
Not fixed. It seemed to be for a couple days but not anymore
After updating all my devices to iOS 16.5, macOS 13.4 and iPadOS 16.5 the problem seems to be solved.
I thought the latest update was fixing this problem! Not it disappears daily! I’m so frustrated! What’s the point of parental controls?!? Please fix this Apple!
I am also having this problem on my daughter's ipad. App limits last for about a week, then completely disappear and I need to set them up again. When will this be fixed?

Just had a call from apple support informing me that this bug should now be fixed by iOS 16.5.1 update that came out yesterday. Fingers crossed 🤞
Yes I have noticed this too. I have to count to 10 once I have changed anything before I exit that screen

I’m on IOS 16.6 and my son’s app limits keep disappearing each day. I have to add new limits once or twice a day. Please fix Apple
I’ve tried everything. Start from scratch. Update iOS. Reset settings over and over. This is pathetic. I’m fed up. Android is looking like a better option these days.

does it only impact app limit group for you or does it also impact screen time passcode - passcode is no longer active and because of that ‘block at the end of time’ is no longer available.
