Where’s the option to enable it ANYWAY?
I specifically bought this iPhone for the ALWAYS ON Display, obviously Apple doesn’t actually “know” when I don’t need it - because I keep noticing it being turned off when I wanted it on! Which is, ALWAYS!!
are you awake at night?
This is happening to me also. When will there be a fix. Apple is letting us down here. I’ve tried everything. Help Apple.
Same here, brand new pro max initially setup with backup install from 12 pro (so always running 16.2)
Did you look at ALL the reasons that I posted? And NONE of them apply to your situation?
Do you perhaps have a Do Not Disturb or Focus setting that activates at 8 PM?
Nope. I’ve been thru these questions with apple support.
This was not fixed in 16.3—frankly unbelievable.
Not me and I’ve tried everything.
Could each phone react differently to the new IOS?
Thank you SO much! Can’t wait to try it and see what happens tonight at 8:00.
Shame we can’t address somebody at Apple about this directly. You’d think they’d at least acknowledge the problem by now.
Dang! 8:06 and my screen’s black again. APPLE, CAN YOU HEAR US!?!
Thanks a million!!
On my (just rec’d 2 days ago) iPhone 14 Pro iOS 16.3 , I find it seems to stay on if I do not use any focus modes.
and I am not too keen on the way they do focus mode anyway.
I was promised in writing by Apple by text that it would be fixed with the new 16.3 update. It was NOT. Very frustrating!!
