there is not much details; when I pick the remote and have it any other way than right side up, the power button falls out.
If it’s new then it would be under warranty so unless they judged it was damaged by user handling they should replace it Legal - Hardware Warranties - Apple

Same issue here. If it’s a known problem Apple should step up. Lord knows we PAY for the product! Class action is a popular term these days.
same thing happened to me except i cannot find the button - so now what? Apple should take responsibility and send us all new buttons and fix the problem
Apple won’t fix they got their money and need more if we want them to fix their design flaws.
For those that have iPhones, they can work as an Apple TV Remote.
