I have ordered an iphone 12pro max on 18 november. Now only thing in the tracking it shows is Clearance in progress. Can someone help me how long is it gonna take or anyone in the same situation.
Major update guys. Mine is rescheduled to be delivered tomorrow and it is currently at the Louisville, KY hub. Finally. Check your tracking as well.
I have an update too! I just saw an email from Apple saying that they are replacing my iphone and have to return whenever the other one comes. But I still have to talk to Apple about this.
I’m in the same boat. My iPhone 12 Pro Max has been in “Clearance in Progress” for over a week. Apple said my expected delivery date of Nov. 30 (today) and it’s still in China trying to clear custom. Hope I get my phone before Christmas at this rate. I’ve ordered other items from China and it got here in 5 days. So UPS has been a huge disappointment.
Me too, I ordered my iPhone 12 Pro on November 4th, and since Nov. 22 is in Clearance in Progress in the tracking from UPS. The first email from shipping and the apple order webpage says it will arrive today November 30, I don't know what to expect or what to do, they already charged my credit card.
Trade-in is not due until 14 days after receipt. Nothing to worry about there. Was November 30 the outside of your expected delivery when first ordered? When you order, it usually will say delivery between one date and another, was it like November 22-30?
Mine still says “Clearance in Progress”. My other phone (same boat) changed from Delivery date (missed) from Alaska back to “Cleared Custom” with delivery date removed again.
No freaking clue what is happening.
I had an email today saying they are replacing mine as well and i “requested a return” which i never did. and it will be delivered on Dec 24th, another 3 weeks of waiting -_- and i have to return the first iPhone i purchased but then idk if that one is ever gonna get delivered because it seems like it got lost and stuck somewhere. When’s your gfs’ delivery date for her replacement?

Phone was ordered on Nov. 16th 5 minutes after the iPhone 12 Pro Max was open for ordering.
Correction on typo. I meant November 6th was when I ordered the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
