Apple Numbers fails to get stock quotes 50% of days

I've got a stock tracker with 300 symbols and 1 out of 2 days it will not load some of them randomly, usually towards the bottom of the spreadsheet. It also will just stop calculating simple formulas and not change cell colour based on simple highlighting rules that worked the day before. Seems like an out of memory or timeout issue perhaps. Any ideas? This is the latest version on new M1 Air. Totally unacceptable behavior for a spreadsheet.

With respect to your other problems, maybe they, too, are related to the STOCK function. Like you said, maybe something timing out. One of the posts in that list above has something about calculations taking forever or not happening, which sounds similar.
