Trying to edit any user tip will turn it into a scrambled mess - see the mess below.
The list of user tips in the ASC Communities is continually changing, when user tips are added or updated, and the predefined categories do not match adequately the themes of many of the user tips, so it would not help to assign a category to make the user tips more easy to find. Apple's list of Photos User Tips is here: Photos for MacIt will always show the most recently updated tips on top.
